Regions Hospital says it will release no further information on the condition of Michael Brodkorb, at the request of his family:

Brodkorb, the embattled former state Senate staffer who was fired after having an affair with former Majority Leader Amy Koch, was injured in a car crash at 9:15 p.m. Wednesday night on I-35E in Mendota Heights.
He was listed in critical condition at the hospital last night, but no condition report was given this morning.
Koch tweeted this morning: "Seems he will be fine. Still out."
Brodkorb, who has sued the state Senate over his firing, was not wearing a seat belt at the time of the accident and the State Patrol reported that alcohol use was detected at the scene.
