King Carl XVI Gustaf and Queen Silvia of Sweden are in Minnesota this weekend, attending today's the 150th anniversary celebrations at Gustavus Adolphus College in St. Peter.
On Saturday morning, they're scheduled to visit Gov. Mark Dayton at the Governor's Residence on Summit Avenue in St. Paul. Royal watchers are advised they might get a glimpse of the couple about 9:30 a.m.
From there, the royals will attend the Nelson Cultural Center dedication ceremony at the American Swedish Institute at 2 p.m., and Saturday night they'll be feted at a gala dinner at the Hilton Hotel in Minneapolis.
